On the other hand, I also didn't believe that Saddam was actively doing anything similar. As bad as our intelligence has been on Iraq (a false positive), I think we're actually pretty good about finding true positives (Iran and Korea). That is a good sign, since it coincides with the general world consensus (most in the EU and elsewhere agree Iran and North Korea are up to no good). I never believed they were up to any good.
