It has been 2 years since I started this blog. I want to thank all of you (in your vast numbers) who visit and especially those who are frequent visitors and join in on the conversations. I hope you enjoy reading this blog half as much as I enjoy writing it and discussing this issues with you all.

congrats, Dave! It’s been a huge pleasure reading your posts and commenting. We haven’t always agreed but then we’ve always agreed to disagree and I respect you tremendously.
