The Military Transition Teams
Bill Roggio looks at the Military Transition Teams in Iraq and talks about the strengths and weaknesses of the Iraqi Army and gives some actionable, concrete suggestions on improvements that can be made. This strikes me as far more useful than anything I saw in the ISG report. Certainly something that is worth taking a look at.
