Giuliani and McCain on terror

I agree with most of what each of them have to say, and their differences are not really very great on this issue. McCain even talks about something that I have long promoted, a league of democracies, although I would have is somewhat more formal then he envisions it.
I will say though that both of these men seem to have the fundamental vision needed for our times, I think Giuliani will have a better ability to make that vision a reality, but McCain does have some real strengths in this area.
