Lech Walesa and Cuban political prisoners
Support Polish solidarity with Cuban dissidents and political prisoners, and sign the petition.
Lech Walesa, Poland’s anti-communist Solidarity trade union icon, and economist Leszek Balcerowicz, architect of Poland’s transition from communism to a market economy, and Cuban dissident Hector Palacios Ruiz, on Monday launched an international petition for the release of more than 200 Cuban political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.
Lech Walesa is a hero of mine, and political prisoners a cause that I hold quite important, so this is something I am very proud to support. Go sign the petition.
