Chinese occupation has given the Tibetans free medical treatment and has rid them of lama rule which bogged down economical life and enslaved the locals for many millenia. Israeli "occupation" in the "West Bank" and formerly Gaza gave a lot of simple Palestinians (you know the ones not involved in terror) hope and money they don't enjoy in Hamastan.
